About me

I am a Jungian oriented psychotherapist who has a deep desire to connect with others about things that matter….as a writer, poet, dancer and expressive arts woman, I long to connect with others of like mind and soul.  This site is a place to join others to have dialogue about matters of the heart and soul.

Wonderful to find you on the web. It is important for all of us holding the flame of love shining through our hearts and soul to be connected. Lovely to meet you,

    • Deidre, I have this image that we are all connected through a very familiar and available thread. Staying in the flow and keeping in our hearts open and our souls alive is what matters most to me these days. My mantra has been to ‘do from being’…allowing the mysterious unfolding to occur with curiosity.
      Blessed be, Lizbeth

Finding a kindred spirit always feels like being touched by grace. This speaking of what matters is a primary goal for my life. As Deirdre said, lovely to meet you!

    • Lynne, thank you for being one of the kindred spirits that made it here…finding one another is a true joy and look forward to more. I believe or should I say, there is this deep knowing that we are all meant to be connected. Lizbeth

    • These connections are vital for my well being and the healing that is needed on our planet. One bead at a time as the long strand of belonging.

  4. Lizbeth,

Winter Solstice blessings to you… just slightly belated but still full of holiday cheer!

Rather than simply ‘following’ me in return on Twitter, I deeply appreciate that you took the time to browse my site and send a note. Blessed be. I’m inclined to agree with you that we belong to the same tribe… and I’ll now be following your ‘What Matters Most’ blog. Keep on sharing!

May your New Year bring nourishment for the bodysoul, a wealth of treasures for the spirit, and an abundance of unexpected, mysterious grace. Yes, always grace. 🙂

    • Yes, it is one of the treats of mystery of cyberland…to meet the many pilgrims along the way who have as much dedication and intensity for the journey. Thank you for signing on….Lizbeth

  5. Lizbeth,

Your email subscription link on the blog spurred me to put one on Wordstream: the Soul Artist blog. Thanks for the inspiration… and keep sharing!
